SC to decide on Dutt's bail plea

It's yet another Judgment Day for actor Sanjay Dutt. The Supreme Court, on Tuesday, is expected to hear his bail plea in the 1993 Mumbai Blasts case.

Last week, the court said it would hear the pleas of all the accused in the case together and give a general direction on bail.

Sanjay Dutt was earlier granted interim bail on condition that he would surrender, after getting a copy of the TADA court judgement.

Accordingly, the actor surrendered before the TADA court on October 22 and is now in Yerwada jail in Pune.

Sanjay Dutt has been sentenced to six years imprisonment by the TADA court in the case.
