Swarna steps into Malavika's shoes

Swarnamalya has said 'yes' and grabbed a role that Malavika has said ‘no’ to. Swarna, was in the news just a few days ago as an MMS of her (allegedly) kissing a man made the rounds.

The dancer-actress however has denied it completely and is planning on taking legal action against the source of the MMS.

That being that, Swarna is all set to take on this role where she will compete for actor Srikanth’s attention with none other than Namitha. This yes and no game is for director Rajasekar's Indravizha. The launch of the film saw a Namitha, in her stunning best claiming that this was her character of a lifetime.

The crew had approached Malavika to play the other important role in the film that demanded an equally bold actress. Malavika, whose item numbers have become huge hits, is said to have initially considered the option of taking up the film. But now, she has dropped the thought altogether. :

Malavika's decision to turn down the offer was a direct result of her being pitted against the hotter Namitha. But Swarna seems to have no such hang ups. Guess hero Srikkanth is not complaining with his heroine triangle and neither is the audience!
