Mumbai (PTI): Manjari Fadnis who played second lead in Aamir Khan produced 'Jaane tu..', was initially apprehensive of taking up the role in the film which stars a host of newcomers, including the protagonists Imran Khan and Genelia D'Souza.
"Yes, there were apprehensions initially. But, when the director Abbas Tyerwala narrated the script, I realised that my role was very interesting with lot of scope for performance. It had various shades of emotions," Manjari, who has played the lead in films like 'Rok Sako To Rok Lo' and 'Mumbai Salsa' told PTI here Monday.
She said the entire cast of the film participated in a workshop in Panchgani and had bonded well before the film went on floors.
"We had a blast and that reflected in our performances later on screen," she said.
