Esha Deol apparently threw a fit on the sets of Kumar Mangat’s Money Hai To Honey Hai recently. Kyon?
Well, she didn’t like the outfits she was supposed to wear for a scene. They had been designed by Vikram Phadnis, who is the costume designer for the film. Esha refused to wear them, saying that she didn’t like them.
Says a source from the production house, who witnessed the whole thing, “Esha yelled at Vikram’s assistants and said that the costumes were not up to the mark. Later, she wore her own outfits for the shoot.”
Our source adds, “Such things happen. It’s no big deal. Anybody can have a problem with clothes. Esha is a dear friend of Mangat and Phadnis. So, I guess they must have ironed out their differences by now.”
When contacted, Esha denied that she had had a problem with Phadnis’ designs. She said, “I loved the clothes Vikram gave me. He takes a lot of care when it comes to designing. We did three fittings. In fact, I liked one outfit so much that I kept it for myself. Vikram is superb at his job and he is my buddy.”
