Two NRI women molested by a mob of New Year revelers, it was the incident that shamed Mumbai.

Veejay Ranjvijay, a famous face on a popular music channel is urging Mumbai to fight back.

''Today's gropers, tomorrow's rapists. So you need to fight back,'' he said.

Ranvijay and the Fightback Forum wants to prevent a repeat of the infamous New Year's eve molestation incident in suburban Mumbai.

Zubin Driver, founder of Fight Back Forum said, ''Several incidents have happened and this one was the last straw. In order to see that this doesn't happen again, therefore fight back.''

Forum members urge Mumbaikars not to take sexual harassment lying down. They say it's not only about crisis intervention. It's also about changing mindsets

Raghu Ram, Producer, MTV said, ''Everybody says somebody needs to take the first step. It's the youth who need to make the most of it.''
