Rajasthan police has lodged a complaint with regard to a foreign spectator's alleged act of placing a glass of wine on the Tricolour during the recent India-Pakistan one-day cricket match here.
Municipal councillor of ward no-3 Harish Yadav filed the complaint with the Jyoti Nagar police station late last night, its SHO Nem Singh said on Thursday.
The complainant has been asked to furnish the original photos and visual CD of the alleged act as a supporting document, Singh said, adding, after receiving this, an FIR would be lodged.
Another complaint against the RCA office bearers was filed by Gyan Prakash Qamra, who has won a number of cases relating to the Tricolour, including one against TV anchor Mandira Bedi, who had worn the sari on the pattern of the national flag.
